He's a very kind man, and he cared about the experience we had with the HD Water NY company. He was great and quick to respond with any questions we had! My overall experience of HD from the secretary Karen to the 2 workers was excellent. The HD workers, 2 of them came in, took their shoes off were polite, attentive to my concerns and were quick to start. The young man Eden was knowledgeable and alleviated my concerns of putting a hole into my new stone counter. They were quick to start, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the procedure of changing the filters and replacing the salts plus how often they needed to be changed. Within an hour I started seeing black disgusting slime coming out of my faucets. And then…. Clean purified water. I am pleased and would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to insert a filtered water system. ~ Anna S

We had the water filtration system expertly installed by Erez and ably assisted by Aden today. Immediately we could feel, smell and taste the incredible difference in the water quality. This was not an easy process as the water main was blocked by fireproof sheetrock and the drainage pipe was quite a distance away, three rooms away in a finished basement. Erez was patient and thoughtfully addressed the issues in a masterful and professional manner. The installation took twice as long but Erez wanted everything to be perfect. Our kids just took their first showers and came out raving about the silky smoothness (almost like baby oil) of the water and how their hair was smooth and their skin felt like they had already put lotion on their bodies! Absolutely amazing, one of the best investments we ever made in our home and health! I highly recommend the system and HD Water. ~ Rob R

Had an amazing whole home water installation experience at my house today with the HD Water NY team. They really took the time to explain how everything works and to make sure the unit is connected to my home in the most efficient way possible. Patrick came up with a very creative solution to getting the unit connected to my house in a way that all the tubing was not visible and hidden underneath the moldings - my wife was very happy with that! The most amazing and knowledgeable experience!! Not only did I learn so much about my towns water and how many toxic chemicals are found in it but I learned all about the filters and how they work. I learned all the chemicals that this water system takes out and I can truly say I feel so much better knowing that my house now has safe water to drink. Rainsoft is a good filtration system from the tasteful drinking water too how it makes you skin and hair feels, besides knowing you are using safe purified water to drink, cook, bathe and wash clothes. When I do purchase another home I will definitely have Rainsoft installed. I called HD Water and got an immediate response, installation was scheduled and Erez came to install in a snow storm. Erez and his assistant were very friendly and professional and installation was done without a hitch. He showed me how to change the filters in a year and it was so simple. My part of the rainsoft system under my sink stopped working, and HD Water sent a technician named Erez Zipori to fix it. He was great—pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. The reason for the problem was that I had forgotten to change the filters on schedule. Once they were changed and the water container replaced, everything was back to working perfectly. Joe, the sale rep, arrived within the time period, was courteous and as he performed the tests, explained the outcome the entire time.
